given i wasn't having any luck getting any solids close to zoe's mouth, annelies took over and managed to get zoe to suck some baby food, cream and even jam off to the edge of her plate. however zoe became very good at smiling, giggling and complaining with her mouth closed.

after a manic 2 hour packing frenzy jens, zoe and i eagerly rushed to the airport this morning to catch our 12:50pm flight to germany....or so we thought. jens headed in to check out the departures board while sian and i unloaded, leaving zoe to keep napping. however jens couldn't find ANY royal air brunei flights and some qantas ditz had never even heard of the airline, great! the flight had been rescheduled months ago. i had called, recalled and called one more time to ensure the booking of the vego meal and more importantly the baby basinette so the travel agents had ample opportunity to inform us of the change however they neglected to do so, grrrrr. so we are back home now, jens is falling asleep on the sofa and i'm about to call it a night as well so we can attempt a successful take off tomorrow. fingers crossed!
