Zoom-zoom Zoe

Who said Zoe's too scared to ride her bike? All it took was a bit of competition - Lucia wanting to ride Zoe's bike - and all of a sudden she was gung-ho about cycling. Now she zooms off to the playground and gives me a hard time catching up. This morning she told me she wants to ride her bike to day care, which is about half a km away. Before we know it she won't need those trainer wheels anymore.

Pretty funny

Good to see Zoe is already developing a sense of humour. This morning she wanted to ask me if she was allowed to wear her new ballet shoes while eating breakfast, but what she said was "can I eat my new ballet shoes''. She immediately realised what she had said, we both had a good laugh, and then she added: "It's because they are pink.''
