single dad

It's been just Zoe and me for more than a week now - Vivien is jetsetting across Europe on a work trip. And while we've had a lot of fun together I think we're both really looking forward to Tuesday morning when Vivien gets back. Zoe has been great - no major tantrums, no fuss going to sleep, no problems at night - but the two days I went off to work (thanks, Anna, for helping out!) were relaxing compared to morning-to-night shifts with the Zozzter. Maximum respect to all single parents out there. Still, from what I gather, it's been hardest neither for me nor Zoe but for Vivien - this is the first time she's ever been away from Zoe for a night and I think she has been counting the hours to her return ever since the plane left Sydney.
